How buying, delivery and activation work at Keyrift.
How do I get my key?
After payment your order page shows each key, hidden until you press Reveal. We also email you a link to that page when the keys are ready. Keys never travel by email.
How long does delivery take?
Most keys arrive within a minute of payment. A few products take longer, and pre-order keys arrive on release day. The order page updates by itself.
Where do I activate my key?
On the platform the product is for: Steam, PlayStation Store, Xbox, Nintendo eShop, EA app and so on. For Steam keys the order page has a Redeem on Steam button.
Will the key work in my country?
Each product page shows its region. At checkout we check your billing country and refuse products that cannot be activated there, before you pay.
A key does not work. What now?
Use the contact form with your order number. We check the key and replace or refund it.
Can I get a refund?

How do I pay?
By card on the secure Trezuz payment page. We never see or store your card details.

Sign in if you ordered with an account. Otherwise ask for a new link with your order number and email.
