The code arrives as text or as a picture of the card, on your order page. We email you a link to it, never the key itself.

How to activate

To Redeem: Select your desired item on conrad.de or in the branch. Enter the 19-digit card number and the 4-digit PIN under “Redeem a gift card” in the shopping cart or present the gift card at the checkout in the branch. The credit will immediately be offset against the purchase value. When partial amounts are redeemed, a remaining balance remains on the gift card. Notes: Your gift card is a multi-purpose voucher and is like cash. Anyone who presents the card is considered authorized. The card is transferable. Redeem in all German Conrad branches or at conrad.de. Partial redemption possible. Partial amounts remain on the gift card as remaining credit. Return or cash payment is not possible. Valid for 36 months after activation. No interest is charged on the card's balance. No liability if the card is lost or damaged. The card balance and the underlying terms and conditions can be viewed in the German Conrad branches or at conrad.de. Tickets are sold exclusively in the name and on behalf of Conrad Electronic SE. A maximum of 10 gift cards or gift cards up to a total value of €500 may be used to pay for an order.
