How to activate

Before activating your eSIM, connect your device to a stable Wi-Fi network. An Internet connection is required to complete the installation. Step 1 Open Settings on your device and locate the Mobile Data or Network Settings section. Step 2 Select the option to Add a Plan or Add eSIM. Step 3 Choose Scan QR Code and grant permission to your device camera. Step 4 Scan the QR code provided with your purchase. Your device will automatically read and install the eSIM profile. Step 5 Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the plan details and complete the installation. Step 6 Once the eSIM has been installed, keep it disabled if you have not yet arrived at your destination. Step 7 When you arrive, enable the eSIM in your Mobile Data settings. Step 8 Enable Data Roaming for your eSIM. Your device will automatically connect to a supported local network and the plan will activate upon the first successful network connection. Important Information A stable Wi-Fi connection is required for installation. Compatible with eSIM-enabled devices only. Your device must be carrier-unlocked. Install the eSIM before departure whenever possible. Hotspot/tethering is supported. No physical SIM card is required. The validity period begins upon the first connection to a supported network. If you experience any issues scanning the QR code, contact customer support for an alternative activation method.
