The code arrives as text or as a picture of the card, on your order page. We email you a link to it, never the key itself.

How to activate

To Redeem: Create an account on fnac.be Enter the code under "My orders" at "Gift voucher", you can enter the code (3 x 4 digits/letters) gift voucher in the field "register gift vouchers". The amount of the voucher will be added to your balance. In order to use this balance, you just have to, at the payment stage, click on "I have a reduction", then 'use €XX…' If you had not yet entered the code into your account, as described above, you can still do so at this stage by clicking on 'add a gift voucher'.
