PS Mobile Manager is a module and app for merchants running a PrestaShop store. In the app you handle orders, keep an eye on sales, correct stock levels and pick parcels for your customers. The app connects directly to your store. There is no intermediary cloud: order and customer data does not pass through the developer’s servers. REQUIREMENTS PrestaShop 8 or later, PHP 8.1 or later. Store accessible over HTTPS with a valid certificate. Phone with Android 8.0 or later, with a camera. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP Orders: search and edit orders. Send e-mails to the customer straight from the order. Pack and ship: pick orders with the barcode scanner. If you scan the wrong product, the app tells you immediately. Products: search, edit and add products. Change prices, stock levels, visibility and features. Barcode scanner: your phone’s camera reads EAN, UPC and reference codes. Photos: take a photo of a product and upload it to your store straight away. Statistics: sales chart and summary. Customers: view and edit contact details and addresses, and message the customer. New order notifications: instant notifications require additional setup. SECURITY The app is paired with your store using a one-time QR code generated in the store’s back office, with no login or password on the phone. HTTPS-only connection. Permissions for each device: you decide who can see orders, products or customer data. You can disconnect a device at any time from the store’s back office or from the app.

1. In the module configuration, under Pair device, choose a permission group and click Generate pairing code. Scan the QR code on your computer screen with the app. The code is single-use and valid for one minute.
